MEET VICTORIA!
This 3" handmade, union jack star flower is made as a brooch to wear on your jacket or top! It can also be made as a hair clip, bobble or for a pet collar!
It is perfect for events such as the Proms, the Olympics, Eurovision and other British or Royal celebrations etc. It has individually hand sewn petals, it is then embellished with a faux pearl.
